Established in 2011 Polished Professionals was created to work with businesses on their staffing and Human Resource issues.

With over 20 years of Management and Human Resource experience, working across a broad range of industries and business sizes, we bring a wealth of hands on experience with the ability to cast a critical eye over your business to determine, in consultation with you and your business goals, what it is that needs to be done to ensure your HR infrastructure is not only cohesive but compliant.

Most small to medium businesses don’t have a dedicated HR specialist or department, many find themselves being reactive to their staffing issues and any problems that arise, and often feel like they are being held captive by their staff.  We saw the need for these businesses to get assistance where they needed the most but had the least amount of experience in. This is where we come in.

Most of all we understand that any Human Resource solution needs to be cost effective and of value to the business long term and if we can help you set up the right systems and staffing then you can focus on doing what you do best and grow your business.

With many years Human Resource, Management and Training experience in small business through to large corporate and government, we are able to bring what we have learned and implement it into your business.

We work closely with you to determine the right staffing mix, create employment contracts and position descriptions that reflect the true job requirements, conduct staff appraisals, performance reviews, and take on the, often difficult, task of terminating employment.

We create policies and procedures, codes of conduct and ensure that are Fairwork compliant.
